The Database Marketing Manager will oversee the delivery of high quality data and analytics to Engagement team as part of a continuing effort to deliver highly-optimized, data-driven marketing experiences. This person must understand the data foundation of digital marketing for consumer platforms and the underlying data structures and sources associated with high volume web sites. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience and success with technologies that develop integrated media campaigns supporting lead generation, cross channel and retention programs. Channel mix expertise includes direct mail, email, digital, social and mobile channels. Experience with Google Analytics required. Microsoft CRM and other analytic tools preferable. We are looking for a team player with a record of exceeding expectations and who has a drive to be successful and help others be successful. The Database Marketing Manager will be actively and directly engaged in: Provide recommendations for selecting the ideal data set for a marketing campaign, based on budget and campaign goals Collaborate with internal team members to provide end users guidance on data-driven marketing campaign best practices Champion the use of tests to optimize performance, with emphasis on the use of control groups to accurately measure incremental impact of marketing initiatives Provide reporting and analysis of performance by campaign, segment and channel to identify optimization opportunities Analyze campaign for key metrics. Execute segmentation around brand plans. Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to identify new data sources or technologies, to improve data-driven marketing efforts Maintain quality of incoming and outgoing data, by monitoring standards and controls Manage internal and external expectations, ensuring campaign project deadlines, milestones and priorities are met Provide reporting as needed to support data-driven marketing optimization and measure results Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns. Create custom reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required 5 years or more experience creating and executing integrated media campaigns, using transactional data, predictive models and/or 3rd party consumer lifestyle variables, including consumer data governance More than two years’ experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, preferably Microsoft CRM and IBM Watson platforms Understanding of data-driven marketing strategy, testing strategy and optimal use of control groups Strong knowledge of Google Analytics Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle & similar relational databases and Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform Advanced experience with SQL, SAS, SPSS, Tableau and other querying, analytical, BI software/tools Ability to discuss technical issues with technical and non-technical audiences and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment Strong communication and people skills To Apply: We respectfully request no phone calls.
