Our Business NuMedia is an advertising agency that specializes in social media content creation and amplification. With over 15 million followers on social media (including @Sports on Instagram) and clients such as ESPN’s Jay Williams, Nike, Adidas, & more, our largest source of revenue is advertising brands on our media entities, similar to influencers. We also have in-house creative, including a design/video/content team, on-camera talent and a partner network of large social media entities that allow us to purchase placement on their channels for large campaigns as well. This year, we also soft-launched getsocialposts.com, a self-service platform where brands can purchase posts on large channels, primarily on Instagrams with millions of followers in various niches. We are looking for an executive level talent to work with us to use what we’ve built and create the infrastructure, funding and revenue streams to take our agency to the next level. Bottom line, we need someone who understands how to sell, current advertising sales methods and how to direct growth and develop revenue. We need an experienced sales and marketing professional who is a motivated self starter and is ready to step into a director role from day 1. Responsibilities Responsible for recruiting, training and creating/providing/organizing sales resources for sales representatives Responsible for auditing current presentation materials and directing changes/improvements/additions to ensure we are prepared to pitch big budget businesses Responsible for directing priorities and revenue generating activities Responsible for all corporate level advertising sales Responsible for business development in the broadest sense, whether that’s pitching investors, meeting with agencies & large corporations or working with our team to generate revenue with the platforms we already have. Desired Qualifications Advertising sales experience (2 years +) Self-driven, results-oriented & accountable Digital marketing skills a plus Management skills a must Knowledge of VC/investment world a major plus Compensation Salary starting at 50k-75k (negotiable based on applicable experience and immediate ability to generate revenue) Commission & Incentives Paid vacation Position will be based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
