Reporting directly to Tradesmith’s Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President of Integrated Marketing will lead the digital media, social and affiliate marketing strategy for TradeSmith’s evolving product portfolio including TradeStops and CryptoTradeSmith. The Vice President of Integrated Marketing will have a keen understanding on audience segmentation and targeting and be well versed in driving acquisition through a balanced, digital channel approach. The Vice President of Integrated Marketing will work closely across multiple departments including Product, Marketing, Sales and Business Intelligence. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a cutting-edge marketing department for a truly transformative product in the Financial Technology industry. The VP of Integrated Marketing will get first-hand knowledge on the nature of investing (everything from stocks to crypto currencies) as well as empower TradeSmith’s consumers (the individual investor) to achieve financial freedom through the delivery of secure and scalable software wrapped in content and education. Responsibilities Oversee Digital and Affiliate Marketing strategies/execution with a focus on new customer acquisition, revenue and retention. Work with Business Intelligence group to define user segments and create a comprehensive targeting strategy through a balanced digital approach. Develop action media buying strategies that create product awareness as well as drive qualified consumers - experience in programmatic advertising is a requirement. Develop monthly media plans allocating budget to scalable channels of acquisition and revenue. Create and execute a social media strategy (paid and organic) that develops a cohesive and successful community of engaged investors. Map the complete, end to end user journey to ensure front-end marketing messaging is consistent with funnel and product experience. Work with external affiliate vendors to strike CPA deals – create vetting checklist to fully understand how affiliates generate media (organic, PPC, PPV, etc). Oversee team of digital and social marketing specialists/managers and manage budget as it pertains to software, salaries and media spend. Manage Agency partner to ensure key business needs are being properly translated into digital actives and target KPI’s are being met (Conversion Rate, Click Thru Rate, Cost Per Acquisition). Map target user journey to understand what message needs to be delivered through what medium/channel and when. Responsible for building team and resources based on the ability to capitalize and scale on paths of opportunity. Leverage key insights and analysis to develop consistent reporting views and present to CMO/President/CEO on consistent basis. Implement future attribution modeling. Assist in the advancement of the UI and new product innovation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or public relations required. 8-10 years marketing experience including a demonstrated ability to produce effective omni-channel marketing strategies. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to understand technical information, be concise, and capture interest. Experience interacting with executive management.
