Job Description

Creative, entertainment-based consultant seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator (virtual). Our company creates training products, services and coaching programs for performing artists (both new and established).

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator (virtual), you’d be working directly with our CEO who is an expert consultant and trainer in the entertainment niche, as well as a digital marketing and funnel expert.

We’re looking for someone who EATS, BREATHES and DREAMS marketing, and would love to learn and grow with a rapidly growing and successful small online business. 

If you are techie, get excited by implementation and building funnels, and get even more excited at the idea of optimizing them and helping to creating positive ROI, read on.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the CEO, you would be responsible for:

  • Implementation and build out of new sales funnels using a combination of OptimizePress, Leadpages, some simple HTML and CSS, and a variety of other common online marketing tools
  • Updating existing funnels and pages and other marketing assets
  • Simple Infusionsoft tasks such as: Adding links and tags and formatting emails 
  • Occasional Wordpress/blog updating tasks

Skills & Requirements – The MUST List:

Strong, functional working knowledge of: 

  • Wordpress, OptimizePress and Leadpages.
  • Simple HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge and experience with BASIC Infusionsoft functions
  • The more of these you know, the better: PlusThis, GoToWebinar, EverWebinar, Deadline Funnel, FixYourFunnel, Thrivecart, Spiffy, Zapier, Survey Gizmo, etc.

Extra Skills, Not Required but considered a PLUS:

  • Working knowledge of Memberium and/or Learn Dash would be GREAT
  • Knowledge of tracking and setting up goals and campaigns Google Analytics would be dreamy

OTHER ABSOLUTE MUSTS:

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and a systems freak
  • Must be extremely resourceful and/or have a knack for learning how to use new tools and/or programs you’ve never worked with before
  • Must be comfortable using project management software to track tasks and projects (We use Asana)
  • Must be willing to document your process and work flow
  • Must have a strong love for learning, growing, changing with the rapidly moving digital landscape
  • MUST MUST MUST be responsible, reliable and have a ridiculously awesome work ethic
  • Must be prone to positive thinking and have a great attitude. Negative Nellies and Drama Queens (or Kings) need not apply.

Pay $20-$30/hour DOE.

Part time 15-20 hours per week right now, but this position could easily grow to full-time for the right person.  If we click well and your work ROCKS, we would love to have you grow with our company.
