BioTrust Nutrition (www.BioTrust.com) is America's #1 online nutrition and supplement brand and we are searching for a "Star", Director of Performance Marketing to support our amazing Business Development department. This candidate can work from Texas or Colorado.

 BioTrust Nutrition develops and distributes an all-natural line of premium, scientifically-designed dietary supplements and all-natural food products without the use of hormones, artificial flavors, colors, additives or sweeteners. (The product line includes nutrition shakes, nutrition bars, protein cookies and various vitamins, minerals and herbal products.)

Daily Responsibilities Include: 

  • Establish senior level contacts with mobile affiliates. Preferably those focused on mobile app advertising within the health and fitness Industry.
  • Outbound calling to targeted industry companies in an effort to grow contacts and affiliates.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within mobile application verticals resulting in partnerships that advance our brand by reaching a global mobile audience.
  • Manage day-to-day initiatives that achieve mobile affiliate objectives. This must be completed by motivating, training and holding team accountable for implementing initiatives that ensure sustainable growth.
  • Create a ROI by leading teams to meet affiliate partnership goals that drive traffic to the BioTrust website and monetize at a rate constant to or exceeding the industry average.
  • Ownership of delivering and holding staff accountable for quarterly goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and articulate ROI goals.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management team. Updating on progress and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or equivalent
  • 4 + years prior experience in mobile sales advertisement and experience managing a team of 5-10 sales or account managers
  • Strong sales, negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
  • Must have established contacts with mobile app publishers
  • Experience with and positive attitude towards outbound phone and in person calling efforts
  • Possess strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of industry metrics
  • Disciplined work ethic, ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment
  • Expertise in many forms of mobile advertising, media and marketing
