Job Description

FIT4MOM is currently hiring for Digital Products Community Manager with our Digital Products Division at our satellite office located at Moniker Commons 2869 Historic Decatur Rd, San Diego, CA 92106 and occasionally at our Home Office located at 1850 Diamond St #102, San Marcos, CA 92078.


FIT4MOM® is a nationwide brand that operates through corporate-owned and franchise businesses in 38 states.  We have over 275 franchisees, 1500+ class locations and have certified over 3000 instructors. We seek to inspire “Strength in Motherhood” by providing a full range of fitness classes, educational programs and community support for moms in every stage of motherhood.


The ideal candidate is detail oriented, demonstrate strong leadership skills, self motivated, and able to self manage their own time and tasks well. They are able to handle a variety of tasks and to dos with ease. This candidate also will have some experience with digital marketing launch funnels and very comfortable learning and managing new software.


We are launching a brand new digital product/division for Moms through a new online platform and membership site. This position will be in charge of managing the day to day backend needs of this new product/division with leadership from the Ecommerce Director and support from the creative team. It will be a mix of customer service, community management and administrative support for the division.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reports to Digital Ecommerce Director

  • Manage Wordpress site and plugins (No development or design skills needed)

  • Manage ActiveCampaign Email system

  • Manage Franchise Affiliate Program

  • Manage Digital Content uploading and online

  • Manage Customer Service tickets associated with Digital programs

  • Manage Private Facebook Group

  • Other Duties and Responsibilities as assigned


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).

  • Able to learn Active Campaigns, Wordpress Admin, Affiliate software, Clickfunnels, and other sales and marketing software. (Previous experience on any of these a bonus)

  • High level customer service skills and professional communication.

  • Superior organizational skills.

  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

  • Able to work a flexible schedule at times to accommodate time zone shifts.

  • Interest in becoming proficient in our brand, our systems and our franchise needs.


Education and Work Experience:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred. Some experience with Digital Marketing Launch funnels is required.



FIT4MOM offers Full Time eligible employees to receive all standard Company benefits, including, 50% employer-paid medical, generous paid time off policy (PTO), participation in the Retirement Savings Plan.

Please note that the benefits offered, eligibility, and the pricing will change at the Company’s discretion. Eligibility for medical begins after initial 90-days employed. Eligibility for 401K begins after first year.


Starting salary is $40,000 to $42,000 nd ideally starts March 1st.
