The Renewals Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing renewal marketing strategies, ensuring accuracy of offers, meeting deadlines and communicating with affiliates, vendors and internal departments.

Candidates should be innovative, team-oriented, an effective communicator, and have the desire to participate in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. Most importantly for this role, you must be ORGANIZED and PROACTIVE.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all Renewal and Billing efforts. This includes implementation and execution of email and mail offers.
  • Work closely with the marketing, renewals, and production teams to manage operational campaign setup using internal systems.
  • Work in web-based programs to set up HTML email offers, as well as the content and packages for mail offers.
  • Collaborate with departmental marketing managers regarding promo production.
  • Understand and run the various processes that create the renewal and billing output files.
  • Analyze, interpret, and evaluate results to make recommendations for future offers.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with affiliates and third-party  vendors.
  • Research and find new opportunities and partnerships with affiliates.
  • Ensure internal data integrity by keeping campaigns organized and using internal best practices.
  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration when faced with client difficulties and resolve various problems that might arise.
