Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions at an optimal CPA. This will be a mix of PPC/paid search, paid social, retargeting, and display media campaigns.
  • Create analytical reports which you will present to the marketing team in daily meetings.
  • Analyze reports/data to optimize and scale campaigns.
  • Manage large media budgets, pacing, and campaign performance to hit goals.
  • Test the performance of ad creative, landing page design, beta opportunities, and other campaign elements to improve results.
  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth to improve digital media ROI.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital media.
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to business objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail required.
  • Ability to multitask and learn new things rapidly.
  • Creative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiator.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Direct response marketing experience a plus.
  • Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus.
  • BA/BS; marketing or communications preferred.
  • Experience with online media buying via AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo, Bing, Outbrain, and/or Taboola preferred.
