Agora Financial, an Agora company, is seeking a Marketing Renewals Manager to manage online and mail campaigns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess a burning desire to excel.

Duties include understanding of web advertising, direct response marketing, copywriting, copyediting, and performance analysis.  A huge plus would be a working knowledge of Agora systems such as Advantage and/or Opium.

The Marketing Renewals Manager will also be given the opportunity to participate in a generous incentive program with clear and measurable goals. When goals are surpassed we up the incentive! This means that you're essentially given an opportunity to dictate your own annual income.

  • Manage multiple online and mail renewal campaigns and their workflow through the production process through the finished result.
  • Collaborating frequently with various teams throughout the organization.
  • Coordinate and organize creative project testing.
  • Constantly monitoring and reporting of internal efforts.
  • Maintaining and updating internal marketing efforts.
  • Proof all material for projects before completion.
  • Learning and become efficient in our internal systems.


  • Ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Close collaboration with team members is a must; communication is vital in this role.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to set and manage priorities through strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly to changes and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, such as web advertising, direct response marketing, and performance analysis. A basic understanding of HTML.
