Thinkbaby and Thinksport were created to address the growing concern of harmful chemicals found in consumer products. We produce products ranging from baby bottles, baby feeding, baby body care / sun care, sports bottles, yoga mats, body care and sun care. As leaders in the industry, we are continually adding new products to our line up and expanding globally.

Digital Marketing Manager

  • Thought leader, who will play a pivotal role in both the strategic and tactical marketing plan for Thinkbaby and Thinksport
  • Work directly with the sales team to support their needs to drive greater sales across all verticals
  • Writing press releases as needed for major company announcements
  • Driving engagement across social media platforms
  • Capture and upload lifestyle images from social media content
  • Experience with Google Ad Words, Google Merchant and Amazon ads preferred
  • Strong SEO experience and proven results
  • Maintaining internal Marketing deck and creating tailored presentations for sales pitches based on target audience
  • Manage outreach to bloggers and major media
  • Manage yearly Sun Care Melanoma Awareness Campaign
  • Create blogs and content, identify leading ambassadors and thought leaders
  • Refine website content and product content
  • Manage the entry of product information for submittal to online and brick and mortar parnters
  • Email marketing to our retailers, consumers, bloggers and other lists on a monthly basis
  • Maintain key marketing partner and client relationships and foster new ones
  • Illustrator and Photoshop experience preferred
  • Act as a gateway for cross company projects. Apply strategic vision to make sure that all vertical industry channels are leveraging each other’s efforts
  • Participation in both consumer and retail expos across the country.
  • Potential for participation in meetings with major retailers with team, when marketing initiatives are in motion.

Marketing Operations:

  • Assist in the Input orders into third party system
  • Drive our participation in expos and events from the pre-work required to participate, participating in the vent to post logistics
  • Act as a gateway for cross company projects. Apply strategic vision to make sure that all vertical industry channels are leveraging each other’s efforts
  • Assist in the development of our Benefits program
