NICABM is seeking a creative, motivated, and talented person to join us in Storrs, CT.


  • Produce high performing ad campaigns for product launches and marketing funnels
  • Manage and report on ad campaigns, content posts, and funnels
  • Coordinate with our copywriters, graphic designers, and video team to facilitate the creation of high quality, high performing assets
  • Track and analyze the ongoing testing of all marketing efforts, including ads, funnels, and social media posts
  • Optimize campaigns and funnels to maximize efficiency and performance of key metrics
  • Produce highly engaging Facebook posts in order to grow our page following
  • Stay on top of new techniques and changes in the market, which you’ll incorporate and test in our marketing 


  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to mine data to inform decisions
  • You prefer working in a results-driven environment, where we’re always testing, and data is king
  • You are a complete nerd when it comes to staying on top of the latest marketing trends
  • Experience in content marketing and social media marketing, with advanced knowledge of monetizing digital content
  • Experience managing social media for a company or organization
  • Experience running targeted, high-spend, high-return ad campaigns, specifically on Facebook
  • Experience and knowledge of funnel marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of testing practices, including A/B, multivariate, etc.
  • Ability to have a big picture view while executing and managing details
  • A die-hard commitment to achieving results
  • Facebook Ads Manager or Power Editor mastery
  • Photoshop experience is a plus
  • Google and YouTube advertising experience is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree required
