Streamline Publishing seeks a Chief Marketing Officer for full-time hire to join our Executive leadership team. We are a fast-growing company (Inc. 5000) with a focus on publishing, training, events and e-commerce in the Art (B2C) and Radio (B2B) industries.
Under the direction of the CEO, the Chief Marketing Officer initiates and implements all marketing initiatives for Streamline Publishing brands, developing a focused strategy for the overall company as well the individual profit centers.
We maintain strong relationships with oversight and training from many modern digital and direct marketing coaches (Ryan Deiss, Dan Kennedy, Russell Brunson, Brian Kurtz, Jay Abraham) to assist in the larger strategic vision.

You consider yourself an intrapreneur — a hands-on rainmaker who knows what it takes to plan and implement considerable measurable growth in a company. Your skillset and past work history can attest to these results. You have not simply focused on oversight or maintenance in previous roles.
Direct Marketing. Technology. Social Media. E-commerce. You are a marketing JACK OF ALL TRADES. You are as comfortable speaking about customer acquisition cost and CPC as you are speaking about differentiation vs. innovation strategies. You love playing a key role in growing a digital business. I don’t mean ‘like’ – I mean flat out obsession. You read blogs and subscribe to podcasts about this stuff because you think it’s pretty damn cool (we do too!)
Gary Vaynerchuk talks about working in the clouds and in the dirt. You appreciate strategy but, more importantly, you roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty marking copy and drafting design layouts. You don’t just talk about what an effective sales letter might look like – you know how to research, direct, review, and troubleshoot that sales tool. You get things done and you get them done on time using the best tools available.
You are a natural problem-solver. You don’t sit around sipping vanilla lattés waiting for someone to spoon-feed you the answers. You’re proactive and know how to seek out the answers you need to get things done.
You understand that not everyone gets this “marketing stuff” so you are both professional and humble when sharing your knowledge and supporting the team. You are not above doing the little things that need to be done each and every day.
You are focused and take ownership of your role. Because you will be working from home, if you are easily distracted, this job is NOT for you. If you need the buzz of the office watercooler, this may not be the job for you either.
You are comfortable working with a small internal team as well as hiring and managing sub-contractors when necessary.
