Digital Marketing Director

Looking for a qualified digital marketing director to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for Labrada Nutrition (the Most Trusted Name in Sports Nutrition). 

As a digital marketing director, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies.  You will work closely with different team members to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels.  You should generate forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong social media presence, while driving all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
  • Increase our digital brand awareness
  • Manage & Execute a Quarterly/Yearly Social Media Calendar for all platforms
  • Manage all Social Media channels to ensure brand consistency
  • Manage, create, and commission content that fits into the marketing strategies of Labrada
  • Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns
  • Measure ROI on all digital campaigns and our KPI’s and prepare budget
  • Develop Social Media campaigns that will create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Be up-to-date on the latest SEO and Google Analytics rules/trends
  • Liaison with Creative Director and VP of Sales to increase customer satisfaction through cohesive strategies
  • Monitor competition and create ideas that stand out
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
  • Plan and execute an influencer marketing program

Requirements for role:

  • Proven work experience as Digital marketing director (preferably in consumer goods or sports nutrition)
  • Ability to carry out all digital functions
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM Software (Salesforce.com)
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Overall marketing experience with an expertise in digital marketing
  • BSc in Marketing, Business Admin a plus with Digital Marketing qualifications
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge a plus
  • Photography skills a plus
  • DM HQ Certified a plus
