Key Responsibilities Job Spot, Inc. is seeking an inbound marketing and strategy expert to join us as our Director of Acquisition. The DOA will execute and lead all B2B revenue initiatives at Mid-America Careers (a regional job site in the Midwest), ensuring the companys short- and long-term revenue expansion. This will include setting the strategic direction to meet revenue goals while identifying and pursuing new revenue streams and partnership opportunities. The DOA will initially operate as the paid marketing team, and will in time, hire, train and manage the paid marketing team and have significant influence over the direction of the company's inbound marketing strategy, asset creation, and new products. Responsibilities will include: Setting revenue targets and building the inbound strategies to achieve them within HubSpot Organizing, managing, and mentoring the marketing team Hiring, training, developing new members of the marketing team Developing and implementing pricing designed to create value for the company and our partners Identifying and developing new revenue-driving products and services Working with leadership, product, content and tech teams to develop new products, optimize existing products and provide transparency to revenue performance Qualifications 7+ years of marketing and strategic B2B sales experience Strong network in business services advertising (direct response and lead generation) Strong domain experience in online advertising Strong understanding of advertising technology and yield optimization Specific experience managing teams to data backed strategy Specific experience within direct response and lead generation Experience managing and growing marketing teams Experience within the full HubSpot suite About us: Mid-America Careers is a regional job site and wholly owned subsidiary of Job Spot, Inc.
