As the WebPT Email Marketing Coordinator, you’ll execute WebPT’s email marketing and marketing automation strategies with the objective of generating and nurturing leads and upselling customers. Our plans just keep getting grander, and we can’t achieve greatness without you. Responsibilities Maintain and grow our email marketing database of customers and prospects. (We’re talking a list of more than 120,000 emails.) Code marketing emails, adhering to brand standards and ensuring a consistent look across all major browsers. Deploy emails. Develop and update email templates for all marketing and sales needs. Maintain and optimize email marketing and segmentation strategies using Pardot and Salesforce reports. Maintain optimal lead flow from Pardot into Salesforce. Create reporting for all marketing emails, campaigns, and initiatives. Create forms and form handlers within Pardot and ensure they appropriately integrate with our marketing stack. Rock our socks off with your superb email marketing and automation knowledge, and share that knowledge with the team. Get ready to fly by the seat of your pants. This role is ever-evolving—just like our team and our marketing strategies—so while you don’t need to be Cirque du Soleil flexible, we may once in a while ask you to do a few back bends, or at least try some things outside of your wheelhouse Abilities and Knowledge Adore marketing automation software and know how to use the programs proficiently. Be detail-oriented. Know how to soar at 30,000 feet, but also be comfortable diving into the details and getting those hands dirty. Live for metrics, analytics, A/B testing, and segmentation. Strategize about email marketing like a world dominator in the game of Risk. Know how to create, produce, and update pipeline and funnel reports for sales management. Understand automation workflows, Salesforce rules, reporting, and day-to-day data management. Talk nerdy to me—er, all of us. Know your stuff and talk about it confidently, accurately, and honestly. Know HTML and CSS—maybe not like second languages—but enough to get by with the natives. Experiment like a mad scientist. Hypothesize, test, and analyze—and then do it all over again. Love to laugh. Education and Experience Required: One to three years of experience in email marketing and/or marketing automation Degree in marketing, information systems, technology, or a related program General breadth of knowledge across the entire marketing spectrum Knowledge of HTML and CSS Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software Well-versed in Microsoft Excel—specifically using pivot tables, performing sophisticated analyses, and building dashboards that tell a compelling story Preferred: Experience working in a B2B and/or SaaS environment Experience specifically with Salesforce and Pardot Additional Aspects of the Job Working Conditions WebPT will make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
