LRP is looking for an analytical-minded Digital Marketing Specialist to extract and evaluate marketing campaign data and recommend digital strategies to support each product group's overall marketing plan. This self-starter must be able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and possess demonstrated time management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also: Develop, implement and test data-supported optimization strategies that increase traffic and produce low cost-per-lead conversion rates Perform A/B testing, geo-targeting and keyword bid management and tracking Collaborate with the Creative Department on SEO best practices to support marketing campaigns and projects Organize, manipulate and analyze large sets of data in MS Excel Research, recommend and manage analytical tools and technologies to make digital campaigns more effective and efficient; configure set up and train staff on usage Minimum Requirements: BS/BA Degree plus 2 or more years of proven analytical work experience Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Proficiency in MS Word Demonstrated understanding of Google Analytics, paid search and retargeting campaigns Ability to travel as needed, including weekends, up to three times per year Desired Qualifications: B2B SEO, client-side digital marketing and business/data analyst experience a plus Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines Proven initiative to recommend and take responsibility for new strategies and tools LRP is committed to providing a challenging and cooperative work environment where each employee is treated as a valued resource.
